South African orders under R1,200: R200 door-to-door or R140 to a collection point. Free shipping on orders of R1,200 or more.

Processing: 1–3 business days.
Delivery: typically 2–5 business days after dispatch, depending on location.

For hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns on opened products.

Damaged or Defective Products
If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us within 7 days for a replacement or refund.

Refund Method
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.

Exchanges
We do not offer exchanges, but we do provide replacements for defective or damaged products.
